Join our exceptional pool of talented umpires!
Here at Tango, we have a long history of developing outstanding umpires! We are always seeking to expand our pool of umpires, we run an exceptional 8-week Umpire Development Program every Winter season. This is open to participants aged 12 and over. The program involves both a theory and practical component and participants will learn the rules and skills required to become an umpire.
Tango is represented in a number of competitions including: AMND, SADNA, CND and the Netball SA Premier League. This means the opportunities for our umpires are exemplary!
Our next Umpire Development Program will commence in May 2024. Graduates will then be able to umpire during the 2024/2025 Summer Season. AMND - Netball SA Stadium, Keswick (Winter)
The AMND competition runs on a Saturday during winter, at the following times:
- Sub Primary – 8.45 am
- Primary – 8.45 am
- Sub Junior – 10.00 am
- Junior – 11.15 am
- Intermediate – 12.45 pm
- Seniors – 2.15 pm and 3.45pm
CND - Netball SA Stadium, Keswick (Summer)
The CND competition runs on a Tuesday or Friday night during summer, at the following times:
- Sub Junior – Friday evenings, time TBA
- Junior – Friday evenings, time TBA
- Intermediate – Tuesday evenings, time TBA
- Seniors – Tuesday evenings, time TBA
SADNA - Districts Netball Complex, Golden Grove
The SADNA competition runs on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday night during Summer and on a Saturday during winter at the following times:
- Sub Primary – Friday – 6.50pm (summer) & Saturday – 12.50pm (winter)
- Primary – Friday – 8pm (summer) & Saturday – 2.00pm (winter)
- Sub Junior – Tuesday – 6.40pm
- Junior – Tuesday – 8.10pm
- Intermediate – Monday – 7pm
- Seniors – Monday – 7pm and 8.30pm
